C.C. Snyder is The Voices of Harmony's director.  C.C. was born in Troy, OH and started playing piano at the age of 5, beginning his life-long involvement with music. He studied classical piano and French horn throughout high school, where he also participated in every choir, band, and musical production the school had to offer.

After graduation, C.C. attended Bowling Green State University, majoring in Choral Music Education. He studied conducting with R.D. Mathey and Mark S. Kelly. While attending BGSU, he performed with the BGSU Men's Chorus, Collegiate Chorale, Summer Tour Chorale, A Cappella Choir, multiple opera productions, and sang in 2 different varsity quartets. C.C. also had the honor of serving the Men's Chorus as their Assistant Director for three years.  During his time with the Men's Chorus, he competed in the college quartet Exit 181, placing 9th in the International College Contest (now the Varsity Quartet Championship).

C.C. is a founding member of the Voices of Harmony and the NorthWest Ohio Chapter it represents. He has served in a leadership role since the chapter's inception, serving as Vice-President of Music & Performance four times, and once as President. In 2008, after the retirement of founding director R.D. Mathey, C.C. and Randy "Beef" Baughman took over directing responsibilities as co-directors. At the end of 2009, C.C. was hired as director and has since led the Voices of Harmony to multiple medals in the Johnny Appleseed District, and a qualifying score for the International Chorus Competition. He has competed in multiple quartets, including Parental Guidance Suggested, 3+1, and 4 Star, Prototype, and Blue Rhino, earning multiple medals at the district level.

C.C. and his wife Chrissy currently live in Lebanon, Ohio with their four children: Ashton, Chase, Cate, and Cara..
